Kyle is the son of Glan who Glan has trained since the age of 8. After playing for his local team Dafen AFC, Kyle went on trial with Swansea City FC where he signed schoolboy forms. At 16 Kyle was offered a 2-year scholarship with the swans.

After representing Wales at under 17 and 19 levels Kyle left Swansea to join championship outfit Barnsley FC where Kyle signed his first professional contract. Kyle was a regular sub for Barnsley in the championship and made his professional debut against Blackpool FC In the FA Cup as a half time substitute at 1-0 down. Barnsley went out to win 2-1 Kyle keeping a clean sheet on his professional debut.

After a short loan spell at Doncaster Rovers FC, Kyle left the Yorkshire club and signed for Championship outfit Plymouth Argyle on a short term deal.

Six months later Kyle moved to Scottish premiership outfit Kilmarnock FC where his career started to pick up the pace, After numerous appearances and winning the Scottish League cup with Kilmarnock; Kyle moved onto Dundee FC where he established himself as no 1 Goalkeeper, winning the Scottish Championship on the final day of the season in a 2-1 win against Dumbarton. Kyle made a last-minute save which will go down in history as one of the most critical and best saves in history at the Dens Park club. Later that evening kyle was also named the Dundee FC fans player of the year after winning promotion back to the SPL at the first time of asking, keeping 21 clean sheets in 40 appearances.

Ten games into the Scottish Premiership season Kyle was called upon by Chris Coleman to join the Welsh National Squad for their Euro Qualifiers which Wales Qualified for the first time in 50 years.

Kyle then elected to move back south with Blackpool FC & York FC where he also won York City FC player of the year and also winning the FA Trophy at Wembley Stadium In a 3-2 win over Macclesfield.

Kyle then was signed once again by Plymouth Argyle for a second spell at the Devon-based team. Kyle had a successful second spell at Plymouth where Plymouth just missed out on a league one playoff place on the final day of the season.

Kyle now finds himself as Salford City FC who are owned by the famous class of 92 Manchester United former players Gary Neville, Phil Neville, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs, David Beckham & Nicky Butt.

Kyle is now a vastly experienced Goalkeeper with over 200 professional appearances.

  • Currently sitting his UEFA A GoalKeeping License
